Well, I thought it would happen, but even being prepared for it does not make me feel better about it. 263-171 is a number to remember because it shows how inept our officials are if we give them enough time. Monday they turned down a very simple bailout plan that would have cost $700 billion, and now they are jumping in after the Senate threw some pork in there to the tune of another $112 billion. The POTUS signed this within 90 minutes, I guess he was in a hurry to get on vacation this weekend.
