     Only a conspiracy such as the constitutional convention could accomplish the government we have rejected.
     No people would willingly vote away power and accept the reality of the checks and balances that we have rejected.
     It takes a politician's pandering to destroy the very heart of what the founding fathers established in their treason.
     I do not condone tyranny, but the idea of a true democracy is abhorrent. People are not ready for that amount of responsibility and never will be.

     A people who are unwilling to make it their job to vote for local representatives to talk for them in government cannot be expected to vote on individual issues on a day by day basis.
